Campaign operations, grounded in the field

Know what happened at every polling unit.

Campaign HQ gives Nigerian State Assembly campaigns a live, attributable view of election-day reporting.

The problem

On election day, results come through WhatsApp groups, phone calls, and photos of paper tally sheets.

Information gets scattered. Updates get delayed. And by the time the campaign team knows what happened at a polling unit, it may already be too late to act.

Campaign HQ dashboard with live results and recent submissions

The product

Campaign HQ is the single source of truth for what actually happened at the polling units. Every report is timestamped, photo-backed, and tied to the agent who submitted it.

See the state of the field without waiting for a spreadsheet to arrive or a group chat to catch up.

How it works

STEP 1

Agents report from the field

Ward agents submit results from their assigned polling unit
Every report is timestamped and tied to the agent who sent it
Photo evidence attaches to the submission when available

STEP 2

HQ sees it live

Submissions appear on the dashboard as they arrive
Reporting percentage shows which polling units have checked in
Every ward is visible in one view, no group chats needed

STEP 3

Teams act on it

See which wards still have not reported and follow up
Spot anomalies early enough to act, not at 3 a.m.
Keep the campaign team aligned on the same picture
